  1. non judgemental awareness: observe without the judgment of self 1 interfering
  2. trust the natural learning process. (stop the conditioned response of corrective comment. Coach actions can support the student self trust or undermine it. Excersizing trust in self 2 seems you are losing control, but in fact you are gaining control by letting go of inferior types of control.
  3. keep choice with the choice maker: Awareness and trust cannot work if there is no desired outcome. Student has to want to achieve the result. The student makes te choice as learning happens inside the student.


The more you trust, the easier it is to be aware, the more aware the easier it is to see the choices.

Doet me denken aan de time managment waar overzicht en planning voor rust zorgen. Als je weet dat je bezig bent met het geen dat het meest belangrijk is op dit moment kan je focussen omdat je niet ook steeds op de achtergrond bezig bent met plannen en zorgen maken of je wel t juiste aan t doen bent.
